The Monarch Economy Polyester Sealing Machine is a bead welding machine which is stronger than other types of seal. The machine edge seals polyester sheets in about 3-5 seconds. The single action clap and alignment grid provides positive positioning and ease of operation. The adjustable timer allows you to vary settings for different weights of polyester. A built-in light sensor indicates complete weld. An ideal machine for creating adhesive-free encapsulation units, folders and envelopes.

Capacity: Welds upto 175 micron pocket

The very first product the company supplied and invented was the polyester welding machine. Over the last 25 years PEL has supplied most of the polyester sealing machines worldwide. There have been on or two copies but none have been to the standard of the monarch.
