On placing your order you will receive an automatically generated email to inform you we have received your order. This is not an order acknowledgement, nor does it constitute acceptance of your order.

Paying by purchase order or pro-forma invoice
We are able to process orders via account credit (if you have a credit account) or pro-forma invoice. Please add the items you require to the basket and once complete use the ‘email basket’ function on the basket page. This will allow you to forward your order details to us. If a pro-forma invoice is required we endeavour to respond within 5 working days.

For any payment or specific order queries, please contact us via email to sales@preservationequipment.com or by telephoning 01379 647400.
