FAQs

Are my items 'in-stock'?
All of our products have a 'live' stock level displaying the current stock status. This can be seen on every product page. If the items show 'In-Stock' the product is available for immediate despatch (excluding metal edge boxes, which require construction). 'Due in stock' means that the items are on order, these products can be ordered and will be despatched once they have arrived.

When do you take payment?
We only take payment once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.

How much will delivery cost?
Please place your items into the basket. The website will calculate the shipping cost based upon weight and dimensions of your total order and your delivery address. If we are not able to calculate an instant shipping price, your order can be sent to us for a quotation by completing the process on the website and clicking 'Please send me a quotation'.

Do you send orders overseas?
Yes, we can send orders around the world. Please process your order online. If we are not able to calculate an instant shipping price, your order can be sent to us for a quotation by completing the process on the website and clicking 'Please send me a quotation'.

When will I get my order?
UK mainland orders with all items in-stock are usually processed and delivered within 5 working days. Orders despatched via second class post may take up to 10 working days. Our standard, large and XL parcel services are despatched as 'next day' deliveries once they have been processed. Overseas orders can vary upon location.
